Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Tayyib Roots. Below you’ll find all information regarding processing times, delivery options, and shipping guidelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. UK Shipping
We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
- Delivery time: 2–4 working days
- Carrier: Royal Mail / Evri / DPD (depending on weight & location)
- Tracking provided on all orders
Express Delivery
- Delivery time: 1–2 working days
- Only available for selected postcodes
- Tracking provided
3. International Shipping
International shipping is not yet available.
We are working on expanding to the EU and beyond soon.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if provided at checkout).
If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours, contact us at tayyibroots@gmail.com.
6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the customer is responsible for re-delivery costs.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed or appears lost, email us at tayyibroots@gmail.com and we will contact the courier on your behalf.
A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete.
8. Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please send photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
