Return & Refund Policy — Tayyib Roots
Thank you for shopping with Tayyib Roots. We take pride in offering high-quality beard care products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
1. Returns (Cosmetic Products)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used grooming products (beard oils, balms, mists, or any skincare-related items).
We only accept returns if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email us at: tayyibroots@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
a. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
We will replace the product or issue a full refund.
b. Unopened Returns (If Approved)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products bought during promotions, discount codes, or final-sale events
- Gift cards
- Sample-size products
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Order Issues
If your parcel is missing, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, contact support@tayyibroots.com.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
